Puppet users - Aug 2007 - Dead links in the wiki

I''m trying to learn how to set up Puppet and am coming across a number
of dead links in the wiki.

Specifically:

from

Are there other copies of these documents?  The reference guide in
particular?

The ReferenceIndex is at /trac/puppet/wiki/ReferenceIndex; I''ve fixed  
the link.

The MasterConfigLayout has been gone for ages, but I''m not actually  
sure what it used to say, so I can''t say if it''s been renamed
or
what.  Can someone on the docs team remove the link?
