freebsd stable - Sep 2003 - fwiw Please check the latinamerican keyboard exists

I did some changes which were committed on -current, but I didn't see them
MFC'd. JIC, you might want to check that either lat-amer.kbd (old) OR
latinamerican.*kbd are there. 

It would not be nice not to find either of those on the next release!
