freebsd stable - Aug 2003 - Nomad MuVo mp3 player patch (please test)

Please see the following PR if you have this device.  The submitter's
died.  If you have it, add the patch at the bottom of the email and test
it.  If it doesn't work, uncomment the NO_SYNC_CACHE and try again.

I have it.. there's a typo in the revised patch at the bottom though..
which can be fixed by changing "._quirks" to "->quirks".

I'm gonna recompile as soon as I get the latst gcc3.3.1 parts from
-CURRENT.. I'll keep you updated. :)
