No. However, I''m not sure how a remote SVN server can prevent you
from using a no-passphrase SSH key. That''s all client side just to
allow usage of the private key, I thought...
Another alternative is to use https for the SVN server - then SVN can
cache the password for you (in cleartext or in your keyring).
