It happens for the tar.gz but the RPM package can be downloaded normally.

Did you notify the responsible for the site? That would be the proper  
way to act, instead of complaining here...

It is possible to download the same tar.gz file from the "sources" 
directory:

Anyway, I already notified the developers.
