samba - Mar 2002 - disable offline files - NOT the same problem as everybody else

at least I don't think it is.

Most people are complaining about offline files not working in 2.2.3a
and a patch came out a little while ago to fix the problem.

I want to disable offline files on my roaming profile share.

I have disabled offline files on the local machine but I still get
warnings in the app log saying that offline caching is enabled on the 
roaming profile share.  How can I disable this "feature"?
