samba - Feb 2002 - NT4 question

Dear Sirs,

after upgrading samba to 2.2.3a the following problem occured:

in Windows NT I could "DOMAIN-NAME\Domain Users" allow to do
particular actions (such as time change, for instance).

there's no such option in samba-2.2.3a, is there a workaround for it ?
