Hallo Marcus,
were the files originally stored in this directory BY the user that is
trying to open and save them back under the same name, or by someone else?
You could be running into the situation that the user has write permissions
to the files themselves (ie, he can modify the files) but he does not have
write permission to the directory
CONTAINING the files, so when a microsoft client tries to save them with the
same name, what
really happens is the file gets renamed, the new contents written to the
original name, and the original file deleted. These operations (deleting a
file) would not be permitted unless the user
has WRITE permission to the direacory as well as the files in the directory.
Hope this helps,
Don

Subject: Hat jemand eine Idee
Hallo,
Danke
Markus
