samba - Dec 2000 - error connecting to samba server

I installed samba 2.0.5 on Solaris2.7, after starting samba server, it can
not be accessed from other win9x/NT clients. Says '\\servername is not
accessible, the remote computer is not available'.
Run smbstatus, error message as below:

ERROR: root did not create the semaphore
ERROR: Failed to initialise share modes
Can't initialise shared memory - exiting

AFAIK this is a known problem with 2.0.5 under Solaris. Try to upgrade 
to 2.0.7.
