If you're looking for that particular message (January, 0294), it
works
by replacing the [ us1 ] with [ www ] - so then you have:
http://www.samba.org/listproc/samba/January1999/0294.html
then you can traverse up logically through the structure by chopping
the
0294.html off the end:
http://www.samba.org/listproc/samba/January1999/
and
http://www.samba.org/listproc/samba/
and
http://www.samba.org/listproc/
etc
etc
FYI, websites often work like this, where you can use variations on
URLs to get where you are going. Not always, but often enough that
it's
trick you can keep in your browsing arsenal.
