Hi, we have an NT domain that spans multiple subnets so we use WINS. On one of the subnets we are using a linux box (redhat 6.0 with samba 2.0.6). I would like this Linux box to act as a Local Browse Master (LBM) but it just won't work. I get the following entries in the nmb log file: [1999/11/19 15:19:08, 0] nmbd/nmbd_browsesync.c:find_domain_master_name_query_fail(362) find_domain_master_name_query_fail: Unable to find the Domain Master Browser name ILANCESCOM<1b> for the workgroup ILANCESCOM. Unable to sync browse lists in this workgroup. [1999/11/19 15:19:08, 0] nmbd/nmbd_browsesync.c:find_domain_master_name_query_fail(362) find_domain_master_name_query_fail: Unable to find the Domain Master Browser name ILANCESCOM<1b> for the workgroup ILANCESCOM. Unable to sync browse lists in this workgroup. What could be causing the find_domain_master_name_query_fail(362) ? Alex
