rsync - Dec 2006 - Cvsignore conftest*

Wayne,

I think conftest* should be cvsignored at the root of the rsync source
tree.  Currently conftest.c and conftest.log are cvsignored, but the
configure script uses a number of other temporary files whose names
begin with conftest, such as conftest.er1 and conftest.fifi.
