wine users - Jul 2008 - Thousand separator does not show in number formats

I installed Draft Day Pro Basketball in Mandriva via Wine 1.0.

Installation went fine, I can even run the game properly.  I just noticed that
the number format is not shown correctly.

Example, salary formats in the game should be $1,000,000 but it shows $1000000
instead.

Strange.  How to fix it?
