wine users - Jun 2008 - Cannot Install Wine

Can not install 'wine' (E:Unable to correct problems, you have held
broken packages.)

Thats the error that appears when i try to click on the link after taking the
previous steps
So what do i do to fix this problem?

What distribution are you using ?

What package manager are you using ?

Im using the Synaptic Package manager that came with ubuntu and as far as
distribution goes im following the instructions for Ubuntu users at this link at
