wine users - Jul 2001 - Is there any legal probelm with running Windows Office?

I wanted to run Windows Office 97 or 2000, depending on which worked
best under wine, but I did not know if there was any legal issues I
should be aware of for running it on a non Windows machine as well as
how to deal with the licensing issue?  I am asking because we are a
corporation and have to make sure we are doing everything legally.  Can
any body help?
