Nut upsdev - Dec 2008 - update instructions for compiling trunk

Hi,

Please update the instructions for compiling trunk on the website: 
replace 'autoreconf' with 'autoreconf --install' because it
stopped working
after r1561.

The snow was great :) I had a very good time in Finland.
