I just had a user complain about a call getting dropped and another one failing to go through. I'm trying to interpret the log entries for each call and would like to confirm my understanding. The first entry is from an outbound call to a 1-866 number. The 5058971234 at 216.31.xx.x refers to a user account on my server. Voip_one refers to my provider. This sequence of log entries indicates, to me at least, that my provider refused to terminate the call, right? ==================================================[Sep 23 09:27:52] VERBOSE[24850] logger.c: -- Executing [s at macro-route_pstn:3] Dial("SIP/5058971234-08567bb8", "SIP/voip_one/18664521234|300|tTr") in new stack [Sep 23 09:27:52] VERBOSE[24850] logger.c: -- Called voip_one/1866451234 [Sep 23 09:27:52] WARNING[21450] chan_sip.c: Received response: "Forbidden" from '"User Name" <sip:5058971234 at 216.31.xx.x>;tag=as2487b92b' [Sep 23 09:27:52] VERBOSE[24850] logger.c: -- SIP/voip_one-0855b8b0 is circuit-busy [Sep 23 09:27:52] VERBOSE[24850] logger.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0) [Sep 23 09:28:02] VERBOSE[24850] logger.c: -- Timeout on SIP/5058971234-08567bb8 [Sep 23 09:28:02] VERBOSE[24850] logger.c: == CDR updated on SIP/5058971234-08567bb8 ================================================== This sequence of log entries indicates that my user's equpement failed to reply to a request from my server.
