asterisk users - Jun 2007 - Grandstream 4104 - Asterisk (Incoming Calls problem)

Hello..I have a Grandstream 4104 (4 FXO) gateway connected to an Asterisk server
and a traditional PBX..Asterisk users are able to call the PBX users but PBX
users dont have access in Asterisk..Does anyone know if specific configurations
in Asterisk and in Grandstream have to be done? Thanks
