Hi All, Im trying to erase the config in a addit that I got off of ebay. I know the only username enabled is root but it doesn't accept any common passwords. I tried the RST switch on the front of the adit described in a earlier posting to the list. Does anyone have any ideas ? Ive looked thru the boot loader menu and cant find any options for erasing the configuration. Any ideas ? Thanks --Don

If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact Carrie Access technical support. They'll charge you an arm and a leg. Nobody has reported any successes with password cracking software to date.
