asterisk users - Oct 2006 - Change the background of a conversation

Hello!

I am wondering if there is possible to add a sound in the background
in a conversation, for instance i want to sound like I'm in the
office, or stuck in traffic, or something like that.

If you wana play like ur in traffic stick the phone out the window. On a 
serious note it would be great to press #1 for traffic noise #2 for puking 
so u sound sick etc...
