Public Comment is required in order to stop this from approval. Letter Ottawa, 10 March 2006 File No.: 8740-B2-200602153 By E-mail Mr. David Palmer Director - Regulatory Matters Bell Canada 110 O'Connor Street Floor 7 Ottawa, ON K1P 1H1 bell.regulatory@bell.ca Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6929 On 2 March 2006, the Commission received Tariff Notice 6929 proposing revisions to Bell Canada 's Resale and Sharing tariff, as well as its Zero-Dialed Emergency Call Routing Service (0-ECRS). As the company's proposed tariff revisions include increases to the existing 0-ECRS rates and charges, Commission staff expect that parties will submit comments on the company's proposal. Consequently, the Commission will not issue an interim decision on this filing. The Commission expects to render its decision on Tariff Notice 6929 within 45 business days.
