i've got 3 queues:
QUEUE A
- >(mon,tue,wed,thu,fri) 8-12/14-18 -> Queue the
call> else play a mex reporting the service period
QUEUE B
- >(mon,tue,wed,thu,fri) 8-12-> Queue the call> else play a mex reporting the service period
QUEUE C
- >(mon,tue,wed,thu,fri,sat,sun) 8--20 -> Queue the
call> else play a mex reporting the service period
how can i set it?
