asterisk users - Oct 2005 - compiling Asterisk 1.2 with zaptel and h.323

Hello list,
I have prepared a small recipe on how to compile Asterisk 1.2 beta 1 with  
a TDM400 card and H.323.

Any comment / suggestion / modification /bugfix is welcome!

I was wondering: is there any way to build a version of Bristuff for 1.2  
beta 1?

I've found that when you compile zaptel in debian you must link
/usr/src/kernel-headers-2.4.whatever to /usr/src/linux and
zaptel-1.2.... dir to /usr/src/zaptel, and make zaptel from there or it 
won't find a lot of stuff ...
where kernel-headers-2.4.whatever is from the package specific to your 
architecture, generic deb won't do

no need to modprobe zaptel  and modprobe wctdm since zaptel is required 
by wc...., just modprobe wc....

On FC4 is better to use pwlib 1.9.1 and openh323 1.17.2.

I think, that OPENH3232DIR= is wrong. Better is OPENH323DIR= :-).

If You use standard prefix for instalation o packages there is a better way 
instad copy library edit /etc/ld.co.conf and use /usr/local/lib/ as next 
source of shared library.

There is no version of the bristuff patch for beta1 or any similar
version of Asterisk.

I'm trying to use * CVS HEAD. Compilation is done without problem and when I
started * I got these messages

 [res_config_odbc.so] => (ODBC Configuration)
res_config_odbc loaded.
 [chan_h323.so] => (The NuFone Network's Open H.323 Channel Driver)
  == Parsing '/etc/asterisk/h323.conf': Found
  == Creating H.323 Endpoint
Segmentation fault (SIGSEGV)

With * 1.2.0beta it works fine. Is there an official bug?
