asterisk users - May 2005 - Modifying the RTP and SIP protocol

Hello Everybody,

                         This is Bharat here. Are the protocols RTP and SIP
modified to suit according to the features one desires? If one can, please
kindly do let me know as to how one goes about modifying the same. And also
which are the file that are modified to make changes in the rtp and sip
protocol.. Please do reply to this mail.
