[Asterisk-Users] Occationally SIP ext apparently is busy and goes to VM

This occurs every now and then even though there's no one on the phone.
I sit there by the desk, and all off a sudden the VM light goes off. I pick up
the phone and I can make calls. No indication on how it would be busy.
I don't see any entries on the * console, other than the caller is told
it's
not available.
It happens to a Grandstream 102 connected to a week old HEAD (of cabbage).

A few times when I power it up it does not boot all the way.
