asterisk users - Aug 2003 - Feedback for Asterisk Handbook?

What is the preferred way to submit feedback on the fine Asterisk
Handbook PDF?  Should corrections be submitted through bugs.digium.com
somehow, emailed to the authors, or maybe posted to the dev mailing list?

I suppose the best way would be to send in submissions in the 
bugs.digium.com interface, since there is a "Documentation" section 
into which you can put comments.  This, at least, ensures that your 
comments will be read.
