asterisk users - May 2003 - busydetect difficulties

In my zapata.conf I have busydetect=yes and I have tried busycount=3 & 
busycount=5, but, neither busy nor reorder signals from the CO seem to be 
detected. The tones sound perfectly normal to me.

Any reason this might be the case?
