openssh unix dev - Jan 2006 - recent(20060106) ssh.1 manual page

Now ssh.1 contain following statement:

Public key authentication works as follows: The scheme is based on public-key
cryptography, ... using either the RSA or DSA algorithms. Protocol 1 is
restricted
to using only RSA keys, but protocol 2 may use either.
The HISTORY section of ssl(8) contains a brief discussion of the two algorithms.

Manual page ssl(8) is OpenBSD specific.
Any suggestion how to change ssh.1 in portable ?
What about portable ssh.1 to contain a copy of ssl(8) HISTORY section ?

Maybe just a cut-down version of it?  The discussion of SSL/TLS
implementations doesn't add much value to ssh(1).
