openssh unix dev - Mar 2002 - sftp-server configuration

Hello!

I am fairly new to using sftp and had a question regarding its
configuration.  Many ftp servers allow you to restrict user access to a
particular directory and when a user logs in, s/he cannot move outside of
that directory path.  Most of the time, they cannot even see what directory
path they are in.

Is this possible to do with sftp-server?
