Mapstraction - Jun 2010 - Marker.setIcon() doesn't work with bing maps

Hi,

while playing around with the current trunk of Mapstraction V2, I realized
that Marker.setIcon() doesn''t work with bing maps (former Virtual
Earth).

Here is my tiny patch:
