Syslinux - Feb 2005 - Using CD to boot memdisk images?

I have a 32MB HD image that I can pxelinux.0/memdisk boot without issue.  I
would like to both memdisk and my image on a CD and then boot from the CD
with pxelinux.0.  Is this possible?  If so how?

Substitute isolinux.bin for pxelinux.0, and you have the idea.

what's MKISO v1.4 ?

I only know MKISOFS, a commandline tool and back-end for K3b for example.
This piece of software is at version 2.01

I'm using Isolinux/Memdisk to boot a FreeDOS image, and then access cdrom
through DOS cdromdrivers ELTORITO.SYS (www.nu2.nu) and SHSUCDX
( http://www.geocities.com/jadoxa/shsucdx/ )
