How to enable inbound CLI for X-Lite/Asterisk phone.
Hi, I am using asterisk 1.4.18. I am using it for inbound only call center. The SIP phones are X-Lite. Right now when a call is proxied by Asterisk to X-Lite the agent only sees asterisk written on its CLI screen. I want the agents to be able to view the callees number. Hi John This works fine providing extensions 1001,1002 and 1003 are "Incall" or "Paused" - the problem appears to be that is a handset say 1002 is "ringing" then the 2xxx then the penalty is not honoured. Agent Penalty
Can anyone shed any light on an issue with agent penalties? I have 2 queues set up with agents working both queues, but where agent 1 should have a penalty for queue 2 and agent 2 should have a penalty for queue 1. When a call is sent to either queue, it rings agents with and without penalties at the same time. I set up a second system and cannot replicate the issue on the test system. I

parted usage

Call Queue NOT using RoundRobin ?!?
I have setup several Calling Queues, each setup with RoundRobin strategy. When I call the queue, the first member/agent phone rings. Great! I call it again, the second member/agent rings?? I thought that was the RRMemory strategy, but it seems RoundRobin is also doing it. Anyone know what I can do to my queues, in order to force each call down the ordering of my members list? --------------
