LSI 1030 and 1064 are supported by Solaris.  See raidctl(1m).
A 4-port LSI 1064 is used in the T2000.

Unless I''m mistaken, many SATA devices will work, see ata(7D).
But I don''t think that all SATA features are implemented.  OTOH,
for ZFS you don''t need many features.  Indeed, my SATA drives
seem to work well out of the box (NVidia NForce3 MCP).
