We need to support some form of encrypted ZVOLs being used as dump devices.

Since the dump code doesn''t go through the normal zio pipeline we need
to
special case the encryption in zvol_dumpio().

Draft patch for ZVOL based encryption.

Note that the patch is a prototype since it is using AES_CBC, the final patch
must use AES_CCM
