xorg announce - Mar 2025 - gitlab.freedestkop.org migration outage starts March 16

For those who don't look at gitlab.freedesktop.org often to see the banner
there, it warns:

    gitlab.freedesktop.org will be unavailable for up to a week starting
    March 16th, due to our ongoing infrastructure move.
