===========================And lo, enabling more of the common acceleration
paths for gen4 revealed
another lurking bug - something is wrong with how we prepare Y-tiling
surfaces for rendering. For the time being, we can surreptiously disable
them for gen4 and avoid hitting GPU hangs.
* Avoid clobbering the render state after failing to convert the
operation to use the blitter.
