mkfontscale creates the fonts.scale and fonts.dir index files used by the
legacy X11 font system.
This minor feature release adds support for the 'ExtraLight' and
'Heavy'
weights in Type 1 fonts generated by FontForge, and recognizes the fonts
from the Culmus project <http://culmus.sourceforge.net>, mapping them to
the XLFD foundry name "culmus".
