Anyone had any success getting NPIV + Multipath running, or, I suppose, multipath in general INSIDE a Linux-based domU? I'm using NPIV for several domUs, and would like to be able to pass multiple SAN LUNs for the same volume through to the guest for performance and redundancy. Unfortunately it seems like the process of passing the disk from dom0 to domU (whether NPIV or phy, file, etc.) strips off the SCSI ID that Linux multipath normally uses for determining identical disks. I'm wondering if there's a tweak for the Xen scripts that would leave this information, or something inside Xen that's just as reliable that could be used by multipath to determine multiple disk paths. Or a manual way inside multipath to specify which disks should be matched up? Thanks, Nick
