Hi together, after a update weeks ago I can't start hvm's. root@xen2:~# xl create /etc/xen/win7prof.xm Parsing config from /etc/xen/win7prof.xm libxl: error: libxl_dm.c:1371:device_model_spawn_outcome: domain 54 device model: spawn failed (rc=-3) libxl: error: libxl_create.c:1186:domcreate_devmodel_started: device model did not start: -3 libxl: error: libxl_dm.c:1475:kill_device_model: Device Model already exited root@xen2:~# cat /etc/xen/win7prof.xm builder = "hvm" bios = "seabios" device_model_version = "qemu-xen" device_model_override = "/usr/bin/qemu-system-i386" name = "win7prof" memory = 1000 vcpus = 4 vif = [ 'ip=192.168.1.19,mac=00:16:3E:8C:84:8B,bridge=xenbr0' ] disk = [ '/dev/vg0/win7prof,raw,xvda,rw' ] sdl = 0 vnc = 1 on_xend_stop = 'shutdown' on_xend_start = 'start' pvm's work fine. hvm's worked fine until a update. It seens that xen-version moved from 4.3 to 4.4. I use debian jessie and xen is installed with apt. Questions on debian-mailinglists brought no solution. What further information do you need? What can I do to find the problem? Thanks for every idee! Hermann _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xen.org http://lists.xen.org/xen-users
