Xen users - Sep 2014 - Cannot start Windows 8 HVM domU with Xen VGA Passthrough with AMD Radeon HD 6450 Display Card

Hi,

I have just finished a clean install of Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I have also
compiled and installed Linux kernel 3.16.1 and Xen 4.4.1 from source code.

However, I cannot start Windows 8 HVM domU with VGA passthrough. I have
attached a file amd.txt with a list of steps I have taken in installing
Ubuntu 14.04, Linux kernel 3.16.1 and Xen 4.4.1. Xen logs are also attached.

Please let me know where the problem lies. I look forward to solving this
problem as soon as possible.
