Xen devel - Nov 2013 - Grant references for xen-bkd/fb front.

Hey Daniel,

I was looking at the xen-fbfront and a bit of Googling showed me that:

you had posted patches for those two drivers to use grants.

Are those patches still applicable? Shoudl they be rebased on top v3.13?
Is there are a backend that uses it?
