Hello, Could you please point where could I get Linux kernel patches correspondent to the latest Xen release? xen/include/public/memory.h differs significantly from what I can find in the kernel mainline. Actually I''m playing around 3.8 but patchset applicable for any mainline tag would be great. Sorry about top-posting. This mail client sucks. The latest Linux patches for Linus are in my git tree: git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/konrad/xen.git (see web URL https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/konrad/xen.git/) Look for ''stable/for-linus-3.11'' or any other ''stable/'' type branch. ----- Original Message ----- From: andrii.anisov@globallogic.com To: xen-devel@lists.xen.org Sent: Friday, July 19, 2013 12:37:50 PM GMT -05:00 US/Canada Eastern Subject: [Xen-devel] Kernel patches for Xen 4.3 release Hello, Could you please point where could I get Linux kernel patches correspondent to the latest Xen release? xen/include/public/memory.h differs significantly from what I can find in the kernel mainline. The Xen support as been fully integrated into upstream since Linux 3.0 and we had stopped providing a kernel with the releases a bit before that even (Xen 4.0 might have been the last, if not earlier).> xen/include/public/memory.h differs significantly from what I can find > in the kernel mainline.Right, we (mostly) only sync the interfaces which are used into upstream, and there are different coding style rules so things tend to get adjusted.> Actually I''m playing around 3.8 but patchset applicable for any > mainline tag would be great.3.8 should have everything you need to run on Xen. Unless you are looking for some specific feature? Ian.
