xl regression: Support backend domain ID for disks for compatibility with xm
The current 4.2 unstable does not seem to support xl block-attach in the same way that xm did. The back domain always defaults to 0 (Dom0) in: tools/libxl/xl_cmdimpl.c which prevents using a driver domain as a block device backend. Looks like there is a patch from Daniel De Graaf discussed here: http://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2012-08/msg00648.html which should be included in 4.2. -- Michael Logothetis.

I''ll ping him on that thread. Ian.
