Xen devel - Feb 2012 - how to get the information of memory usage of a VM from hypervisor or dom0

I wonder if I can know which VM runs a memory-intensive application?
Is there a tool or method to get the information of memory usage of a
VM from hypervisor or dom0? Thanks.
