Disabled automatic reboots and manually reboot the system at a convenient time. It''ll be sweet to fix it, but I just don''t have the time now. I do know that reboots with VGA/PCI passthrough worked at one point in the past with older kernel and xen versions, but something in the new versions have broken that. So if you really need to and have the time, try testing older (I think it was sometime in March or April) versions. _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel

So if you really need to and have the time, > try testing older (I think it was sometime in March or April) > versions.that depends on what you mean with "reboot worked": the best i had (with earlier xen patchset, thats correct) was that the rebooted windows domu was worked perfect except for the passed-through 3d card: after the reboot the performance was lousy, whyever but it never raised its memory clock, and so was stuck in the lowest performance mode. with current patchset of xen it the rebooted domu crashes as soon as the gfx card is accessed, i.e. when the login-screen of windows appears... so a permanent yes-rebooting-domu-is-fine fix is really appreciated here ;) Greetings Tobias _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel
