Xen devel - Jan 2011 - opposite of XENMEM_add_to_physmap

Is there a way to unmap the grant table pages? I''m struggling to find
the cause of a bug causing windows to crash on resume from suspend, and
want to unmap the grant table pages first so I don''t have to make any
calls to decrease_reservation.

Pass the guest physical address(es) to XENMEM_decrease_reservation should
work.
