[Xen-devel] guest with vnif assigned fail to bootup when disable apic
Hi all I found that when disable the apic(set apic=0 in config file), guest will hang at "get ip" when booting. This issue only exists when given vnif to guest. I don''t see it with direct assigned NIC(VT-D device). And I found cs 22402 don''t have this issue. Here is the output from serial: (XEN) irq.c:258: Dom11 PCI link 0 changed 5 -> 0 (XEN) irq.c:258: Dom11 PCI link 1 changed 10 -> 0 (XEN) irq.c:258: Dom11 PCI link 2 changed 11 -> 0 (XEN) irq.c:258: Dom11 PCI link 3 changed 5 -> 0 (XEN) irq.c:258: Dom11 PCI link 0 changed 0 -> 5 (XEN) irq.c:258: Dom11 PCI link 3 changed 0 -> 5 (XEN) grant_table.c:1315:d11 Fault while reading gnttab_query_size_t.
