Xen devel - May 2009 - DomU Boot using NFS root problem

Hi,

When booting with nfs root, I got the following warning and error, though the
kernel could still be booted.
After googling this problem, It seems no previous same symptom exists, so I
turned to here, anyone help?

The modules warnings above the backtrace are concenring. Perhaps you have a
slight modules/kernel version mismatch.
