Macros defined in include/asm-x86/x86_32/asm_defns.h and instantiated in
arch/x86/i8259.c. The macros implement entry stubs, the addresses of which
gets poked into the CPU¹s IDT in the first for() loop of i8259.c:init_IRQ().
