Noone¹s dug into it, but it¹s plausible it might pretty much just work¹.
Xen isn¹t really involved after all Xen is quick to boot, and then dom0
will boot the kernel then find its saved memory image, just as it would if
running natively. There¹s not really that much to be paravirtualised
(perhaps some pagetable re-loading logic is required).
On the other hand, if dom0 is just a small service domain for other guests,
it may suffice for most needs just to strip dom0 down to make boot faster,
then save/restore all other guests before/after a full power-down/power-up.
